What is Roadside Respite?
We serve families by providing a once a month respite program for their children who have disabilities. We know your unique struggles and desire to give you a few hour break free of charge, while giving your children a fun and enriching experience.
The respite program with be held at Twinstar Lanes in Kent from 6pm-9pm the first Thursday of every month. While with us your child will be offered bowling, a pizza party, crafts, a movie option, Bible lesson, and a variety of other activities.
We are currently offering this program to children who have disabilities between the ages of 5-18 years. Regretfully we currently are unable to pass medications other than non-prescription (at the discretion of the parent). We are also unable to take accept participants who require medical interventions such as suction and breathing machines. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have and we will contact you as soon as we can.
Due to space limitation everyone who attends the respite program must fill out an application and receive a confirmation email from Roadside Respite prior to participating.
